Through Qigong, dietary tips, and practical guidance, you’ll gain the tools to enhance your vitality, balance your emotions, and cultivate lasting well-being.

This Workshop | Earth Element

Struggling with bloating, sluggish digestion, sugar cravings, or low energy? In Chinese medicine, the Earth element governs digestion, nourishment, and stability. When our center is strong, we feel grounded, energized, and resilient—physically, mentally, and emotionally. But when it’s out of balance, we may experience fatigue, worry, food cravings, and digestive discomfort.

In this workshop, you’ll explore food as medicine from a Chinese medicine perspective. Learn how to support your digestion and overall well-being by understanding the best times to eat, the five flavors, and how different foods nourish the Spleen and Stomach. We’ll also look at the connection between emotions and digestion, helping you make mindful choices that bring greater balance.

To deepen your connection to the Earth element, we’ll finish with gentle Qigong movements designed to strengthen your center, enhance digestion, and promote a sense of calm and stability.

Join us for this insightful and practical session to feel more grounded, revitalized, and in tune with your body’s natural rhythms.
